Presentation of our empowerment project for visually impaired and non-visually impaired women at the Pomegranate Festival with the theme "The reflection of disability in art".

  This action is experiential, the participants express themselves through the arts (theatrical speech, music, dance, photographs, etc.) and aims at self-awareness at a personal level and empathy and cooperation at a group level

The co-founder of SHE Lena Diamanti represented our organization and spoke (14:16 in the video) about action and volunteerism.

A few words about the Pomegranate festival:

The idea starts from the inalienable right of people with disabilities to express themselves through art whether amateur or professional. The festival is called to reflect the abilities of people with disabilities and the opportunities that every society must provide to every person, contributing to the cultural identity of the individual and society.
