SHE-Society for Help & Empowerment together with Thessaloniki Pride - Thessaloniki Pride Festival are organizing an interactive workshop entitled "I set my own boundaries" within the framework of the 11th Thessaloniki Pride.

Using games and photos we will learn that we should not forget and sideline our needs and the things we want, and we will remember that it is our right to be able to state what we are willing to do and what NOT.

Boundaries ensure balance in any relationship. Whether it's friendship, love, work, or any other relationship, boundaries are a healthy way to interact.

By setting boundaries we respect and love ourselves and lead the people around us to do the same.

The workshop, will last 2 hours and it will take place on Wednesday, June 21 at 18:00 at The Modernist hotel (Ermou 32).
